I'm a high end pool contractor in San Diego. Curtis has worked with us on numerous occasions. His style of engineering has really saved us a lot of time and effort over other engineers. He is always available if we run into questions in the field, which is hard to find these days. His caisson pool designs save a lot of time and money and sometimes eliminate the need for grade beams. This saves us and clients a lot of time and money.

Great problem solving skills and best of all will come thru if and when your contractors make a mistake that requires further engineering to solve. My home remodel project was small by Patterson Engineering standards, but Curtis took it on and delivered high quality structural sheets to my plans. He specs everything above minimum code so that you end up with a very strong structure that can stand the test of time. I would highly recommend Patterson Engineering.
